Article 14 of the Enforcement Rule of the Construction Workers Act (Those who cannot be insured)

In subparagraph 1 of Article 11 of the Act, “a person who falls short of the standards prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor” refers to workers whose prescribed working hours per day are less than 4 hours and their prescribed working hours per week are less than 15 hours.

Article 11 of the Enforcement Decree of the Construction Workers Act (Scope of Persons Who Cannot Be Insured)

“Person prescribed by Presidential Decree” in subparagraph 2 of Article 11 of the Act means a person who falls under any of the following subparagraphs:
1. Full-time workers hired without a fixed period
2. Workers hired for a fixed period of one year or more
