In order to prevent employers of businesses with less than 30 employees from paying fines due to lack of labor law knowledge, labor attorneys from villages in Seoul visit and provide free labor consulting.

Free legal counseling center in Seoul 3. Tax advice is provided by ‘village tax accountant
Seoul Village Tax Accountants provide free tax counseling and relief of rights to citizens of Seoul when financially difficult citizens have living tax problems or are burdened with expenses related to tax dissatisfaction.
How it works: This service connects villages with tax accountants who are willing to donate their talents for public interest activities and designates a tax accountant for each village in the autonomous district.
Support service: Tax consultation (national tax, local tax) and complaint support (limited to local tax less than 10 million won)
How to use: ○Tax consultation: Check the contact information of the village tax accountant posted at the dong community service center and the village tax accountant posted on the city, gu, or dong website, and then apply for consultation and proceed with consultation over the phone.
