Now~ First, let’s learn about the forklift driver skill test~! In order to obtain a license, you must prepare for two exams, a written test and a practical test. If you go to the Qnet homepage, you can check the test schedule. In the case of forklift driver technicians, you can prepare for the certification acquisition period according to your schedule because it is conducted like a regular exam like the Com Hwal test of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Among the regular tests, the written test is conducted once a week, and most of the tests are conducted as CBT at the permanent test center of the Human Resources Development Service of each region. Application for the test is accepted 1-2 weeks before the test date, and you can know if you have passed the test immediately after the test is over. Don’t forget to bring your ID and admission ticket with you when taking the test.
Written applications can be submitted at the Qnet homepage or the Korea Technical Qualification Examination Institute (http://t.q-net.or.kr). The written test fee is 11,900 won.
There are two main ways to obtain a forklift license. The criterion is whether or not you can practice driving a forklift by yourself. It doesn’t matter if you have an electric forklift, and it doesn’t matter if you can’t drive a forklift at all. The important thing is whether you have the conditions to practice alone (forklift driving ability and practice time).
Even if you don’t have a chance to drive a forklift or if the conditions are not secured, there is a way. This is the Ministry of Employment and Labor HRD-Net. There is no need to worry because the government supports training expenses (education expenses) regardless of whether they are unemployed or working. Writing is mostly self-study rather than academy. However, the written test was very easy but difficult. They say that they solve a lot of past problems because they come out in the form of a question bank, but the reason why it feels difficult here is that there are a wide range of problems related to construction equipment other than forklifts, hydraulics, electricity, construction laws, and industrial safety. Therefore, writing skills are required. It takes a lot of time to memorize or solve all the problems.
First of all, the problem related to the forklift must be made clear through past problems. It’s difficult to solve at first, but as the rounds go on, you see repeated problems. And I see a little bit of a twisted problem. In the question bank-style exam, past questions are the correct answers.
As I said before, studying about forklifts is not a problem. Problems other than forklifts are a nuisance. Even if you read it, you don’t know what you’re talking about. Just read it first. Don’t try to memorize it, just read it and let it slip from your memory. If you go back a few times, now the term comes into your eyes and you start to see recurring problems. Please mark such issues separately or organize them. Summarize only the relevant parts through the summary of the workbook or the Internet. Even if you don’t have a high score, you can pass the cut line without difficulty.
I also studied writing for about 2-3 weeks and got it. Of course, I bought a problem book and solved it while I was at work. I couldn’t finish one book, but I was able to pass. The written exam pass rate is 50%. It is by no means a difficult test.
While I was preparing for the post, I looked for a good publisher for the problem book, and I found the book ‘Gibungpa’ to be very good. I wonder if a forklift handwritten book has ever come out so neatly.
When you open the book, the left side is the explanation, and the right side is the problem solving format. In this way, after repeating the mock test, the previous question will be repeated by itself. There were a few pictures of the contents of the problem book in the picture, but I couldn’t find it no matter how much I searched ^^
