How to apply for the Lifelong Education Voucher Eligible website
The Ministry of Education and the National Institute for Lifelong Education announced on the 16th that they will accept applications for lifelong education vouchers in 2023 on the website (www.lllcard.kr) of lifelong education vouchers (vouchers) from the 17th to the 3rd of next month.
Lifelong Education Voucher
The lifelong education voucher is a system that supports lifelong education expenses for recipients of basic livelihood security, the next-lowest class, and low-income adults aged 19 or older who make less than 65% of the standard median income. 평생교육바우처 신청
If selected, a lifelong education hope card (NH Nonghyup) is issued and can be used up to 350,000 won per year, including tuition for lifelong education courses and textbooks.

Check eligibility to apply
Check whether the applicant for the lifelong education voucher has qualifications or meets the income standards
– (Basic livelihood recipients and the next upper class) Confirmation of eligibility for support through connection to the public administration information sharing network of the Ministry of Public Administration and Security
– (Less than 65% of the standard median income) Check whether the health insurance premium levied by number of household members is less than 65% of the standard median income (separately announced in the standard month)

The results of the selection will be announced on the website of the Continuing Education Voucher at the end of next month. Recipients can also be notified by mobile phone or e-mail.

Application for Continuing Education Voucher Card
Selected users must apply for issuance of NH Nonghyup Check Card (Lifelong Education Hope Card)

How to issue a card
① Visit a branch of NH Nonghyup Bank (including agricultural and livestock cooperatives)
※ When visiting a branch, bring your ID and selection notice (text, email, written)
② Online application through the NH Nonghyup Card website (card.nonghyup.com)
Using Continuing Education Vouchers
– The period of use of the lifelong education voucher card will be announced separately
– Amount not used during the notice period automatically expires, and cannot be carried over to the next year or withdrawn in cash

– Check available institutions by region on the Lifelong Education Voucher website
How to pay tuition
– On-site payment after visiting the institution using the lifelong education voucher
– Automatically deducts the lifelong education voucher limit when paying for the institution
– In the case of institutions using online lifelong education vouchers, payment is made on the website of the institution
– If the course fee exceeds 350,000 won, you will be responsible for the excess cost.
– As a rule, it is used for course tuition, but it can be used only for textbooks and material costs for courses using lifelong education vouchers.
※ Textbooks and material costs charged separately from course fees, textbooks and materials purchase costs for courses other than courses using lifelong education vouchers cannot be used.
Tuition Payment Period
– From the issuance of the Lifelong Education Hope Card until the date announced by the National Institute for Lifelong Education
– Unused amount within the period automatically expires, and cannot be carried over to the next year or withdrawn in cash
