When you enter the homepage, there is a non-member unpaid toll inquiry & payment menu at the bottom of the main page, click it.
Inquiry of unpaid tolls for non-members
If you go to Inquiry & payment of unpaid tolls for non-members, you will see a place to enter your license plate number. Enter your license plate number here.
If there is no unpaid toll, “There is no unpaid toll to be inquired” appears, and if there is an unpaid toll, “There is unpaid toll to be inquired” is displayed in red. If there is an unpaid toll in red, click the inquiry button to authenticate your i-PIN or mobile phone, and the list of unpaid tolls will be searched and you can pay the unpaid toll right on the page.

How to pay unpaid expressway tolls
If you have unpaid tolls, you can pay them on the highway toll website mentioned above, but you can also pay in a variety of other ways. Let’s take a look at these methods.
1. In-person payment
When paying in person, payment can be made through the highway sales office or service area general information center/unmanned payment machine, as well as through financial institutions and GS25 convenience stores.
2. Non-visit payment
To pay without visiting, you can pay through the website mentioned above, or through the toll service application or the Government 24 website/app. You can also pay through the call center at 1588-2504, 1644-3362.
Usually, if there is an unpaid bill, KakaoTalk or postal mail notifies you of the unpaid bill, along with a virtual account where you can pay, so you can pay the unpaid bill by bank transfer to the virtual account. However, in the case of a virtual account or QR code that has passed the payment due date, payment is not possible, so you must contact the sales office or call center mentioned above for payment inquiries.
Pay attention to 10 times the additional toll fee!
Since it is an unmanned system of Hi-Pass, in order to prevent illegal use, the toll fee is 10 times higher when used illegally, so be careful when using it.
Reasons for 10 times the toll fee
Please note that this is a part that general users should pay attention to.
10 times the toll fee will be charged if it is imposed after the deadline for payment of the reminder notice due to non-payment, non-attachment of terminal, use of terminal or card that has been suspended, card not inserted or incorrectly inserted, no balance or insufficient balance, different type of vehicle in operation, etc. If any reason arises, please make sure to pay within the due date.
If there are more than 20 non-payments in the past year due to the customer’s gross negligence (non-payment/non-attached terminal/non-inserted card/no balance), 10 times will be imposed immediately from the 20th non-payment.
In the case of non-payment of more than 20 times in the last year due to other customer negligence (terminal use suspension / transaction suspension card / different types of vehicles), 10 times will be charged immediately from the 20th time.
Unlawful use of reduction terminals and reduction/exemption cards
If a card or device is counterfeited or altered, a pass is exchanged for another person’s pass, a ticket for a person subject to reduction or exemption is forged or altered, or a person’s certificate owned by another person is exercised, an additional toll fee of 10 times will be imposed immediately.
If there are 20 or more trips without paying tolls in one year, 10 times the tolls will be charged. Payments received on the same day are excluded from counting the number of times.
