You can apply online for the Class 1 driver’s license aptitude test on the ‘Safe Driving Integrated Civil Application’ website.
1. Aptitude test cycle
＊For license holders and aptitude testers after December 9, 2011, 10-year cycle, 1-year period (January 1 to December 31 of the year in which the 10-year anniversary from the date of passing or renewal of the test belongs)
＊For license holders and aptitude testers before December 8, 2011, 7-year cycle, 6-month period (period indicated on the license)

You can choose either ‘Visit to the Exam Center’ or ‘Visit to the Police Station’ as the method of collection. (If the distance from home to the driver’s license test center is far, it is recommended to select the nearest police station)
The pick-up date is possible after a certain date. You can pick it up between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm on weekdays, excluding Saturdays and holidays.
d. Select payment method and pay
After registering your email and contact information, you will be taken directly to the payment method selection screen.

Class 1 driver’s license aptitude test online application fee can only be paid by credit card or bank transfer. Please be careful as refunds and delivery address cannot be changed after application is completed.
4. Penalty for not conducting driver’s license aptitude test, materials to be prepared upon receipt
Class 1 driver’s license holders will be fined 30,000 won if they do not take the aptitude test within the ‘regular aptitude test period’ on the front of the license, and if one year passes without taking the test, the driver’s license will be revoked.
When visiting the recipient, you must submit your existing driver’s license.
After applying for the aptitude test, a license with a new license number is issued.
