The regular attendance allowance is paid to public officials on the pay date of January and July every year according to the number of years of service within the scope of the budget.

In detail, the regular attendance allowance is basically paid twice in January and July.
The target of payment is January 1st and July 1st, respectively, among those who hold the status of a public official and are paid a salary during the period to be paid
It is paid to public officials who have been paid a salary for at least one month out of the preceding six months.
(For example, the regular attendance allowance paid in January must be paid for at least one month during the period from July 1 to December 31 of the previous year)

In the case of newly appointed public officials and public officials who have been dismissed or placed on leave of absence, they are considered public officials during the relevant payment period.

At this time, when calculating the actual service period, 15 days or more is counted as one month, and less than 15 days is not counted.
Amount paid = Amount of regular attendance allowance X [actual service period (months) / 6 (months)]
In addition, for public officials who are eligible for regular attendance allowance, an additional payment for regular attendance allowance is paid on the monthly remuneration day according to the number of years of service.
However, for those whose salary is reduced due to demotion, suspension, salary reduction, position removal, and leave of absence, the additional amount for regular attendance allowance is reduced and paid according to the type of payment!
Among the above, the number of years of service is calculated based on the first day of each month, and for educational officials, it is calculated according to the career conversion rate of educational officials, etc., and for other public officials,
The period of service as a public official stipulated in Article 2 of the State Public Officials Act and Article 2 of the Local Public Officials Act is added together and calculated.
